A nice vacation

I think the best vacation I have had in my life, was when I traveled to the north of Chile. It was about six or seven years ago and I knew many beaches.

It was a surprise for me, because one day my aunt (my dad's sister) phoned my mom to tell her that she was going on a trip and wanted to invite me. Do not hesitate for a second and I said yes. We were traveling for almost a month, tasted many types of food, especially seafood, and discovered that mango is my favorite fruit. We also visited historical sites, such as the saltpeter offices "Maria Elena" and "Pedro de Valdivia", located in the surroundings of the city of "Tocopilla". Also the “Morro de Arica”, located in the city of the same name, among others.

I remember we were fortunate enough to see a carnival in the city of "Tal-Tal". There were disguised people dancing typical dances, everything was very colorful and cheerful.

In a near future I would like to come back, but knowing more about the history of place and also to go to San Pedro de Atacama and maybe visit Peru and Bolivia.

I want vacations! 

My favourite food

Today I`m goin to talk about something that I love, the food, but not about any food, but my favourite food. This is the lemon pie. I think that the origin country of lemon pie is United States or England.  

In general I prefer healthy food before junk food, fruits and salads, but the truth is that I prefer salty food, specifically Peruvian food; but the lemon pie is something special. I remember the first time that I ate, was about five years ago on a friend's birthday. Since that moment  it was my personal goal learn how to cook it. I thought it would be more difficult but it was quite simple and also fun, and now I eat it once a month. The  lemon pie is a cake based on a sweet dough, made of butter, flour, egg and lemon zest filled with a filling made of lemon juice, condensed milk and egg yolk. The preparation is very simple, I invite you to search a recipe in internet and cook it.  Tell me about how did you it go.

A place I would like to visit

Aloha friends! today after of a long time, I’m going to tell you about a place that I would like visit.

It’s difficult to choose a single country to visit, because each of them has places that are incredible. 

We are in winter in Chile and It’s very cold outside, so I want go to a hotter country like United States of America, because is summer there, but specifically the state of Hawaii.     

I wanted to know this place since I saw the movie "Lilo and Stitch", beaches, music, volcanoes, color and happiness, this is what I imagine when I think of Hawaii

If one day I manage to go (hopefully soon) I would like study the native plants and nature in general, do research and meet people expert in the subject.  But also stay all day on the beach, learn to surf and taste all kinds of food.
